Hotel Stella - Neum

This hotel is a true gem! the location is perfect, being very close to the beach. I loved the easy access down to the beach, even if it did involve climbing some stairs. And let me tell you, it was totally worth it once I reached the top and was greeted with a breathtaking view. Secondly, the staff at this hotel are fantastic. From the friendly reception staff to the helpful kitchen boss, everyone went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable. Lastly, the rooms had a good view and were clean and comfortable. I couldn't have asked for a better value for money with breakfast included.

Although all was mostly fine, the hotel could perhaps work on improving the variety of food options available for breakfast.

The hotel's prime location near the beach and shops made it convenient for an Easter getaway. We enjoyed the beautiful view from our room and the well-maintained pool. The Easter brunch was a treat, offering a wide range of options, including traditional festive dishes.

Although the hotel had air conditioning, the lack of control in individual rooms made it difficult to sustain a comfortable temperature. The breakfast could be improved—some items ran out quickly and were not replenished in time.

Located a stone's throw away from the glistening turquoise waters, this hotel provides the perfect location to soak up the sun. With several routes down to the beach, you can choose the one that suits you most; take a direct path very close to the beach or opt for a leisurely meander through the beautiful gardens with views of the town. the rooms are spacious and comfortable and come equipped with everything you need for a relaxing vacation, including a modern bathroom and a balcony with stunning sea views.

One minor downside was the limited breakfast choices, but considering the overall experience, this is a quite minor issue.

The location, staff, and room were all great. The beach view was nice. The staff at reception, restaurant, and bar were helpful and friendly. The breakfast was enjoyable. The wifi and pool were also good.

I was impressed with the cleanliness of this hotel. The hotel facilities are great, and the staff is friendly and helpful. The parking was easy, and the staff provided transportation when needed. The location of the hotel was very close to the beach, with a shorter and flatter path instead of the stairs. The breakfast was delicious and had a variety of options.

Close to the beach with a good view, Hotel Stella Neum offers a pleasant and enjoyable stay. The staff is very pleasant and the rooms are of good size, ensuring a comfortable experience. The hotel also provides basic amenities and includes breakfast, which adds value for money. Additionally, the hotel's attention to detail is evident in the beautiful view from the rooms. While all aspects of this hotel were impressive, there is one area that could be improved: the communication skills of the barman. our stay at this hotel was exceptional and we highly recommend it.

Great location with beautiful views and plenty of parking. The room was clean and comfortable, with reliable Wi-Fi and a fantastic view from the balcony. The breakfast buffet was quite good, with a hearty selection of hot and cold items.

The front desk staff was not particularly helpful or friendly, and some of the staff members in the dining area were rude. There were limited vegetarian options for breakfast, and the coffee wasn't the best. It would have been nice to have access to drinks during dinner as well. the hotel had a bit of a dated feel and could use some updates in certain areas.
